4 WAVELENGTHS

The K-Laser features the highest number of therapeutic wavelengths in a therapy laser. Each wavelength targets a different key molecule and produces a beneficial metabolic response: improved circulation, increased tissue oxygenation, accelerated cellular proliferation and mitochondrial activity. These wavelengths work synergistically, obtaining a broader therapeutic effect on tissues.

PULSE and INTENSE SUPER PULSE FREQUENCIES (Hz)

Published studies found that different frequencies of light pulsation stimulate different physiological effects and cellular lines. For instance, low frequencies elicit an analgesic effect and stimulate bone cell growth, whereas higher frequencies promote soft tissue proliferation and anti-inflammatory action. K-Laser can produce the broadest spectrum of frequencies in a therapeutic laser. It also features Intense Super Pulse technology, ideal for a gentle stimulation of the nervous system, and for reaching deeper tissues without overheating the skin.

THE NEED OF A DYNAMIC THERAPY TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL

For most therapeutic lasers, few basic parameters fit all the applications. The K-Laser is different: it allows you to tailor the treatment to the individual patient. The innovative K-Laser software recombines its parameters based on your inputs (Body Part, Body Size, Skin Colour, Level of Pain and Chronicity), producing the optimal dosage and delivery modality for the patient you are about to treat.

As you become more confident with laser medicine and K-Laser itself, you can further personalise the settings and even create your own protocols, saving them on your K-Laser unit.

NOT ALL DEVICES FOR PHOTOBIOMODULATION ARE EQUAL

Class 3b lasers and LED systems are the oldest technology on the market. Their low output power cannot produce more than 0.5 Watts, and although effective on superficial structures and wounds, they take a long time to produce the dosage required for effectively treating deep musculoskeletal structures. The newest, more powerful technology of the K-Laser can produce the same dosage in a fraction of the time, saving time to the clinician whilst simultaneously being more effective for the patient (several studies showed that higher therapeutic dosages elicit a better response in various conditions).

Some manufactures of Class IIIb lasers claim that Class IV therapeutic lasers are too powerful and might burn the patients. This claim is scientifically invalid and has only marketing purposes. The K-Laser is FDA and CE approved and has undergone the most rigorous safety tests required by the British, European and FDA legislation.
